As Americans, many of us prefer products that are made in America. It's not just a matter of national pride, but American-made products are typically higher quality. So, how do you get American quality at Chinese prices?

Come on, you know the answer: you don't. If you buy something super cheap, you get something super cheap (in all senses of the word). Our main focus is to make a high quality pillow that you will enjoy for years to come. While we stock supplies, we don't stock pillows. When you place an order, we make your pillows. We don't send you something that's been lingering around a musty warehouse. We cut fabric, stuff it, sew it, vacuum seal it, and send it. You get a fresh pillow with fresh materials.

Our next focus is to fulfill orders quickly. We turn nearly every order around within two business days. That's almost unheard of in this industry, and I've heard stories of companies that wait two or three weeks to send an order out. Since we make pillows according to order, we never waste time making products in hopes of someone buying them. Could we be even faster? Perhaps we could automate more, but it would likely affect the quality, and we're not willing to sacrifice the pride we have in our American made pillow.

So that leaves us with "cheap". We try to sell these amazing pillows at the best possible price. Many of our pillows are comparable in price to others on the market (even when you factor in shipping). That said, we don't try to hit the bottom price point and see what we can make for that price. We make a great pillow and then set the price based on our costs.

So no, you can't get pillows that are American quality at Chinese prices. If you're happy with the cheap pillow at the superstore, it wouldn't make sense to buy something nicer and more expensive. However, if you want something more comfortable, longer lasting, and filled with quality materials, then we have a delightful pillow just for you. The fact that it's made in America is just icing on the cake.
