The polyester fill is enclosed in a woven poly/cotton blend fabric. This is the better indoor polyester option for thin, sheer, light-colored, or translucent covers where the insert shell may show through the pillow cover.

Choosing the Right Pillow Insert Size
Measure your empty pillow cover from seam to seam, without the old insert inside.
For a full, designer-style appearance:
- Keep the insert diameter the same as the cover diameter.
- For bolsters 20 inches or longer, add 1 inch to the insert length for better end fill. For bolsters under 20 inches, keep the length the same or add only 0.5 to 1 inch. Add 2 inches only on longer bolsters where the cover clearly has extra room.
For example, pair a 6 x 20 bolster cover with a 6 x 21 polyester bolster insert for a smooth, full look. The matching diameter prevents bulging, while the added inch of length helps fill the ends.
