Chilly weather and tax day may have us feeling down about the slow arrival of spring, but adding some creativity in seasons of waiting (in this case, waiting for spring weather and tax returns!) gets our DIY juices flowing and makes the time pass just a bit more quickly. We’ve been pinning some out out-of-the-box and inexpensive spring DIY projects and today we wanted to highlight five of our favorite ideas. We can't wait to get to work and make these projects come to life in our own homes!
DIY PLANT STANDS
We are big fans of adding natural elements to the interior of homes (read: plants and flowers), and these DIY plant stands inspired by Martha Stewart only fuel that "plant fan fire". Talk about beautiful! All you need to create these beauties on your own is a galvanized tomato cage (or two) and a can of gold Rustolium spray paint! Ready to DIY? See the entire list of steps>>

DIY CACTUS ROCKS
Allergies can be a bear, especially as spring flowers begin to bloom! Some of us are even prevented from bringing live plants - even succulents - into the home due to the risk of an allergy flare up. These DIY cactus rocks are cute, easy, and are a great option for bringing that plant "look" to your home. Have kids at home? This project is simple enough to do with them, too. Plus, it's a great way to spend time indoors until spring weather arrives and sticks around. Get the DIY instructions HERE >>

Beautiful, easy, and a fabulous spring DIY project that can be carried out both indoors and outdoors. Check out the directions HERE>>
