Our handmade pillow forms are made-to-order in the heart of Tennessee, meaning your inserts are created and shipped all within a few days -- no prolonged shelf sitting for these guys. If that were not already enough, our pillow forms are also created by humans rather than machines and with this, we guarantee designer quality that exceeds your everyday pillow insert in more ways than one! 

Start With (The Best!) Raw Materials:
We consider our Pillow Makers the cream of the crop when it comes to pillow creation! To begin every order, our creators begin with raw materials, including down and synthetic down, polyester, and eco-friendly fills:

Hand Measured:
Once the materials are selected, every pillow is measured by hand the "old-fashioned way" -- that's right, we use the trusty ruler and pencil method to ensure every pillow gets its own, specified attention-to-detail. 
  

Materials Hand-Cut:
Next, we hand-cut the material. No massive, industrial machines here! Just hardworking Pillow Makers who are passionate about making sure every cut is precise and excellent.


Sewing (Part One):
Then the fun part: sewing the casing on three sides! Rather than sticking your insert onto a dirty conveyor belt with thousands of other pillows, it is taken to our sewing machines and sewn by, you guessed it, hand! The fact that each pillow is sewn to order gives our Pillow Makers the ability to actually interact with your pillow, ensuring it is perfect on all accounts. 

Get Rid of Unsightly Lumps:
While your inserts' sides are being sewn, the fill is sent through our fiber fluffing machine to get rid of any extra lumps, bumps, or clumps. This prevents floppy edges, balls of stuffing, and ugly, lumpy pillows. 



Fill 'Em Up:
Next, we use our pillow-fill filler to fill your inserts. Again, rather than using an automated, machine-based filler, we control the fill by hand. Not only does this give our Pillow Makers another opportunity to interact with your pillow(s) individually, but it also provides us with the ability to stuff every single pillow to perfection. Whether you've chosen eco-friendly, poly, synthetic, or down, you can rest assured that we are filling each insert by hand, meaning we get it "just right" every single time.

Hand Stuff: 
Next, we complete one of the final few steps of hand-stuffing all corners... no saggy, floppy ends here! Taking the extra time to push all filling to the edges of our pillows helps each pillow maintain its shape longer and prevents flimsy ends.

Sewing (Part 2):
Finally, we complete the final stitching to keep all your pillow-fillings safely secured within the cover. 


The Final Product:
At last, your handcrafted insert has been completed! Next, each pillow insert is placed into a bag, compressed to ship, vacuum sealed, and sent your way with lightning fast shipping!
