July 4th Decoration Inspiration

Jul 2nd 2018

July 4th week is upon us and we're gearing up for a day filled with hot-of-the-grill dogs and burgers, parades, and fireworks! As with any properly celebrated holiday, we're always on the lookout for July 4th decoration inspiration and today we're sharing a few of our favorite discoveries! It's not too late to get the stars, stripes, and patriotic colors prepped and ready for celebrating.

One of the keys we've found to bringing the best-decorated July 4th rooms to life is the application of a fine balance between neutral tones and your Independence Day inspired reds, whites, and blues. Using woods, creams, and natural greenery to bring more life and dimension to each space only serve to make your nod to patriotism crackle and pop all the more!

1) Patriotic Mantles: We're always fans of using our mantles as holiday-decor backdrops and July 4th leaves no exceptions. Check out a few of our favorite ideas!

2) Living Room Reds, Whites, and Blues: Living rooms are typically the place where guests gather (before they head outdoors for the BBQ and fireworks!), so it's always a priority to get these areas in tip-top shape

Even if you decide to forego the all out decorating for the 4th, a simple bouquet of red flowers paired with an American flag or two and a few extra pillows can add just enough pizazz and beauty to your home for the holiday!
